全面系統性掌握企業數位轉型過程影響因素,預期能有效協助企業應對產業競爭環境與轉型過程各項挑戰。本研究以臺灣製造業為研究對象,提出整合科技-組織-環境框架與數位成熟度研究模式,探討數位轉型影響因素及數位成熟度對數位轉型與組織績效關係與調節作用。蒐集臺灣製造業者共245份有效樣本,採偏最小平方法的結構方程模型(PLS-SEM)進行模型假說驗證。研究結果發現科技就緒度、組織就緒度、外部壓力對製造業數位轉型有顯著正向影響,製造業數位轉型對組織績效有顯著正向影響,數位成熟度對製造業數位轉型與組織績效之間有顯著正向調節效果。本研究發現預期在學術上能充實企業數位轉型與數位成熟度既有研究缺口,亦能提供企業數位轉型評估與決策實務之參考。
In the continuous progress of digital transformation, a comprehensive and systematic framework would be helpful to enterprises in coping with the competitive environment and challenges that arise during the transformation process. This research proposed an integrated technology-organization-environment framework and digital maturity research model to explore the status of digital transformation and related influencing factors, as well as the moderating effect of digital maturity on the relationship between digital transformation and organizational performance. 245 valid samples were collected for model and hypothesis validation using the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The research findings show that technological readiness, organizational readiness, and external pressure have a significant positive effect on digital transformation, the digital transformation has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, and digital maturity has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between digital transformation and performance. The results enrich the research field of digital transformation and digital maturity of enterprises in academia and provide the reference and direction to the enterprise to evaluate decision-making. We discuss the implications for research and organizational practice.
