十二年國民基本教育課程綱要之「台灣手語」課程運作之建議

摘要


國家語言發展法於108年1月9日經總統頒布中央教育主管機關應於國民基本教育各階段,將國家語言列為部定課程。「台灣手語」將與本土語言並列為十二年國民基本教育課程綱要,自國民小學、國民中學及高級中等學校一年級開始實施後三年施行。欣見未來可以期待更多公民得以認識聾人語言與文化。本文旨在介紹「台灣手語」在十二年國民基本教育課程綱要的相關規定,並著重在台灣手語課程的運作建議,以期讓現場教師能夠超前部署十二年國教下「台灣手語」課程運作。

On 9 January 2019, the National Law on Language Development was promulgated by the President and the central education authority shall, at all stages of basic education, include the national language as a course of education. "Taiwan Sign Language" will be included in the local language as the outline of the 12-year National Basic Education Curriculum Guide, which will be implemented three years after the first year of the National Primary, National Secondary and Upper Secondary Schools. We welcome the future to look forward to more citizens to understand the Deaf language and culture. The purpose of this paper will introduce the regulations of the Taiwan Sign Language curriculum development and the application. The writer then expect the special educators will advance the deployment of 12-year National Basic Education Curriculum Guide on teaching "Taiwan Sign Language" curriculum operation.
