針灸治療與紅外線照射對於2型糖尿病患者的臨床研究

摘要


糖尿病足是糖尿病常見的周圍血管神經病變,而且糖尿病是屬於世界衛生組織(WHO)公佈的針灸適應症之一。從文獻得知,艾絨灸燃燒時所發出的波長與遠紅外線光譜有相同的範圍,但遠紅外線療法更具有非侵入式與無污染性的好處;經由針灸治療(A group)、遠紅外線穴位照射(F group)與對照组(C group)的案例比較,針灸組在抗氧化指標中SOD、SOD/MDA 有顯著的增加(p<0.05),針灸組與遠紅外線组在糖化血色素(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)的比較上則無明顯差異。針灸治療與遠紅外線穴位照射對2型糖尿病患者的代謝調節及抗氧化活性的增加有相近的作用,惟遠紅外線療法欲成為確實的糖尿病病變的輔助醫學療法,需要更進一步的持續研究。

The diabetic foot is a common peripheral vascular and neuropathy disorder of diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, diabetes belonged to the acupuncture and moxibustion indications WHO announced. Learn from the literature, when the artemisia moxa burning sent out the same spectral range of wave length compared to far infrared ray, but this far infrared ray therapy has the advantage of non-invasion and pollution-free; By the way of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment (A group) or far infrared ray therapy (F group) compared studying cases with controlled group (C group), A group in antioxidation index (SOD and SOD/MDA) had increasing values significantly (p<0.05). The biochemical values of A group cases compared with F group cases without obvious difference in HbA1c and FBG. The results indicated that the far infrared ray therapy into the acupoint for type 2 diabetic in regulation of metabolism and antioxidation activity had similar function then acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. However the far infrared ray therapy wants to be a complementary and alternative medicine therapy for diabetic microangiopathy, it needs the further continually research.
