摘要

一84歲男性病患，因攝護腺癌接受放射線治療，發生放射性直腸炎，進而引發直腸膀胱瘻管等併發症，中醫辯證爲正虛邪戀、氣血兩虛，以托裏消毒飲補益氣血、托毒消腫治療，得到滿意的療效，可見中醫治療放射線治療之後遺症有其優勢，並爲日後相關臨床試驗提供寶貴的研究方向。

A 84-year-old male patient received radiotherapy because of prostate cancer, and results in radioactive colonitis which further develops into complications such as colon-bladder fistula. TCM diagnosis is deficiency of normal qi with ligering of evil qi and dual qi and blood deficiency. A satisfying result is reached by prescribing TuoLiXiaoDuYin to supplement qi and blood, to eliminate toxin and sweling. It is clear that TCM has its advantages in treating sequla of radiotherapy, and it will provide a precious direction for future relevant clinical trials.
