摘要

本文透過腕隧道症候群手術後遺症病例報告，凸顯出中醫的針灸及傷科手法的運用得當，配合心理建設，可以在監床治療上獲得意想不到的效果。本病例爲53歲女性病人，一年前經某醫院診斷腕隧道症候群並接受其手術治療“於初診時，病人整個右手腕手背手指完全僵硬無法活動，打算放棄，由於我們的治療使其獲得重生。我們的治療最主要是(l)先針刺同側上八邪及養老、外關透內關、手三里、曲池等八針九穴；(2)拔完針後，緊接著手法鬆動手指關節、拔伸手指手腕。

This article shows excellent effect can be reached when TCM acupuncture and manipulation technique combined with psychological counseling on the side effects of operation on carpel tunnel syndromes. The case is a 53 year old female patient who received operation because of carpel tunnel syndromes. During her first visit, patient's right wrist and fingers are stiff and has no range of motion. Her symptoms are improved after our treatment. Our treatment plan is: 1. Acupuncture on right superior Ba-Xie and YangLao points, joined puncture of WaiGuan and NeiGuan, Hand SanLi, QuChi, total nine points: 2. After needles are removed, we apply manipulation technique to relieve finger joints and wrists.
