中藥合併貝樂克治療慢性B型肝炎急性發作之病例報告

Combination of Traditional Chinese Herbs with Baraclude on Acute Onset of Chronic Hepatitis B: A Case Study

摘要

本案患者患有慢肝炎急發作，以中藥方劑茵陳蒿湯及一貫煎為主，並且配合口服的類核苷酸藥物－貝樂克合併治療，其GOT/GPT半個月後自1097/2566降至120/481，不到一個月後便進入正常範圍，而且病人的HBV DNA由原本2.3×10^6，半年內降至0；在平緩期以加味逍遙散加知柏地黃丸加上脾胃藥，進行調整肝脾腎的機能，使病人的的身體及精神狀態，皆以快速的恢復，而貝樂克的副作用也被明顯的減輕，只見患者略有大便不成形的抱怨，半年追蹤整體療效令人滿意，可進一步研究中西藥結合治療急性肝炎的研究。

The patient of this case study suffered from acute onset of chronic hepatitis. We apply YinChenHaoTang and YiGuanJian with oral Baraclude, a nucleic acid analogue, and the patient's GOT/GPT dropped from 1097/2566 to 120/481 within half month, and both indexes dropped within normal range within one month. On top of that, patient's HBV DNA dropped to 0 from 2.3×10^6. JiaWeiXiaoYaoSan, ZhiBoDiHuangWan and digestive medication are applied in maintenance stage to regulate the mechanism of liver, spleen and kidney to reach the optimal recovery physically and mentally. The side effect of Baraclude is reduced dramatically with only minor complaint of loose stools. Follow-up after 6 months shows satisfying result, so we can further study integrated Chinese and Western medicine on acute hepatitis.
