摘要

此病例爲一19歲患有異位性皮膚炎女性，長期使用西藥抗組織胺治療，因爲病程反覆，所以選擇中醫治療，治療過程順利且服中藥2個月後，病患出現發燒、上腹痛、肝功能異常的表現，經由住院檢查診斷爲疑似中藥引起的肝炎，同時也出現過敏反應，懷疑爲特殊體質所引起的急性肝炎，因爲中醫藥爲國人常使用的治療方法之一，對於中草藥會產生的過敏反應與肝毒性，醫師也必須了解與提高警覺。

This 19 y/o female had past history of atopic dermatitis treated with antihistamine agent, and she received traditional Chinese medicine due to relapsed symptoms. After taking Chinese for about 2months, she started to have fever, epigastric pain and abnormal liver function. She was admitted under the impression of acute hepatitis which might be herbs related.
Allergic reaction was also noted, so special constitution related acute hepatitis was suspected. Herbs are commonly used in Chinese society, so doctor must keep in mind that herbs might induce allergic reaction and hepatic toxicity.
