摘要

升降散爲治療瘟疫的首要方劑，由於組方精當、療效顯著，臨床上被廣泛應用，極爲近代著名中醫蒲輔周、趙紹琴所推崇，也是中醫藥治療SARS初期的常用方，本文試從升降散的來源、組成、方義、適應證及其特點、配伍特點、臨床應用等幾個方面進行論述。
