針刺條口穴治療五十肩之療效評估及文獻整理

摘要

沾黏性關節囊炎，又稱五十肩，症狀爲肩部疼痛、僵硬，關節活動受限。針灸治療五十肩一般臨床取穴多爲肩部附近取穴爲主，而在遠端取穴中又以條口(ST-38)與透承山(UB-57)兩穴最爲著稱。
以條口透承山的爲臨床醫師常用的取穴方法，臨床上也多獲見效。但是其古籍文獻來源及作用原理之探討卻仍有缺漏，文獻中之療效評估工具亦有待商討之空間，在以實證醫學爲前提的精神下，本文試著從古籍探討及近年來期刊文獻中，整理出有用的臨床資訊以資參考。

Adhesive capsulitis, aka Frozen shoulder, manifests in painful and stiff shoulder with limitation in movements. Acupuncture treatment of frozen shoulder often uses local points around shoulder joint and distant points ST38 and UB58.
Deep needling of ST38 towards UB58 is commonly used in clinical practice. However, the origin of this technique and its mechanism are still unknown. In this article, authors reviewed ancient and recent literatures to summarize and analyze the clinical effects and of using ST38 in shoulder arthritis.
