摘要

仙方活命飲的應用範圍從古代的可治一切癰疽瘡瘍痘疔腫毒到今日已經脫離了外科、皮膚病的限制，被應用在人體各式各樣的炎症治療甚至腫瘤的治療中。透過此方古今應用之探討加上筆者臨床案例－治癒聲帶癔肉之分享，盼賦於此方更靈活的應用方式。

The application of Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin has extended from all sorts of abscess, carbuncle, boils and pyogenic infection in the past to different degrees of infections, inflammation and even tumors these days. This article provides another perspective of the author's application of this formula in treating vocal band polyps on top of the formula's already extensive application.
