摘要

在臨床有一部分上呼吸道感染的病患在後期會進展成慢性咽喉炎。患者整天會覺咽中痰梗，咳之不出，嚥之不下，鼻涕倒流，鼻塞，時而咽乾咽癢劇烈咳嗽等症狀，嚴重者病情反覆達數月而不癒。筆者以半夏厚朴湯治之甚效，特此討論本病之成因及治療方式。

It is shown clinically that patients with upper respiratory tract infection often progress into chronic laryngitis. Patients suffer from symptoms of phlegm obstruction, postnasal drip, nasal congestion, itchy throat and severe cough. Severe cases can even last for months. Using BanXiaHouPoTang has shown significant effectiveness, so we would like to discuss the cause and treatment in this article.
