摘要

半導體産業是資訊産業和工業的核心，同時又關涉到國防安全，因此，大陸半導體産業從發展伊始就得到了國家力量的強力扶持，近年來更是得到了迅猛發展。本文通過回顧大陸半導體産業的發展歷程，分析了國家政策的強力推動與資金支援，外商大規模的投資等促進其發展創新的主要驅動力，以及大陸半導體産業技術創新在創新主體、創新模式與自主創新等方面的主要特點，幷根據這些特點說明大陸半導體産業還存在哪些不足，對其發展趨勢做出一定前瞻。

As the semiconductor industry is the core of the information industry and industry, and it is also concerned with the national defense security, so the mainland semiconductor industry has been strongly supported by the national power from the beginning of its development, and has been rapidly developing in recent years. This paper analyzes the main driving forces of national policy and capital support, foreign investment and so on to promote its development and innovation, as well as the main features of its subject of tech-innovation, innovation mode and independent innovation, and finally points out the shortcomings of the mainland semiconductor industry's development and innovation.
