在快速變遷的社會時代,企業不斷面臨變革,處理的情緒課題也變得複雜,讓人無力疲累,進而影響工作士氣,因此情緒的控制反映出對組織的重要性。故本研究目的探討職場情緒勒索、人際關係與工作士氣關聯性之影響。本研究以量化之問卷調查法,以有工作經驗者為主要研究對象進行問卷調查。資料處理採用相關統計分析。研究結果顯示,職場情緒勒索對人際關係有負向影響效果,職場負面情緒勒索包含主管及同事,其中只有主管情緒勒索對合作度有顯著影響,其餘並不支持;人際關係對工作士氣有正向影響效果;職場情緒勒索對工作士氣有負向影響效果,工作士氣包含團體凝聚力、組織認同;其中同事情緒勒索對組織認同不顯著,其餘支持,本研究對此進行研究結果探討並後續提供建議,希望能提供企業管理階層在面對員工職場情緒勒索時應適當的因應策略,以提升管理效果及工作士氣。
In the fast-changing social era, companies are constantly facing challenges. The emotional antibodies they deal with have become complicated, making people tired and affecting job morale. Emotional control reflects the organization's excellent. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the impact of job emotional blackmail, interpersonal relationships, and Employee morale. In this study, a quantified questionnaire survey method was used to survey those who have work experience as the main research. Data processing uses related statistical analysis. The results show that job emotional blackmail has a negative effect on interpersonal relationships. The job emotional blackmail includes supervisors and colleagues. Only supervisor emotional blackmail has a significant impact on the degree of cooperation, and the rest is not supported; interpersonal relationships have a positive effect on morale. Emotional blackmail in the job has a negative effect on employee morale. Among them, emotional blackmail by colleagues is not significant for organizational identification. The rest supports this research. It is hoped that it can provide appropriate management strategies for corporate management when facing employees' emotional extortion in the workplace, in order to propose management effects and work morale.
