目的:隨著全球化網路、科技的蓬勃發展,科學的技術為我們的生活和工作帶來許多的便利,於此同時,卻也造成了人們生活當中的身體活動降低,導致許多影響身心健康的問題發生;而跳床運動在近年來正在成為一種非常流行的健身訓練形式,並被廣泛使用,在許多國家中,跳床公園也越來越受歡迎。跳床運動不僅有娛樂功效,在研究顯示中提出,此項運動也能有效提升體適能。因此本文目的為探究跳床運動對體適能之效益。方法:本文採系統性文獻回顧,搜尋1980年到2022年PubMed、Cochrane Library、National library of medicine、Embase資料庫,使用exercise、fitness、aerobic、balance、muscle strength、physical activity、children及body composition並和Mini-Trampoline配對作為關鍵字進行交叉配對與搜尋。結果:本系統文獻共回顧16篇研究文獻回顧後發現,跳床運動對於提升下肢肌力、平衡能力以及改善身體組成有相當的益處。結論:(一)跳床運動可以提升兒童、青少年、中年婦女、中風患者或骨質疏鬆患者之下肢肌力和動靜態平衡能力;(二)跳床運動可規劃於智能障礙兒童之健康促進課程;(三)跳床運動可促進肌力及身體的平衡能力、改善身體組成、降低收縮壓及舒張壓,也可提升競技體適能。
Purpose: The development of global technology has improved the convenience of life and work, but it has resulted in a decrease in physical activity, which in turn leads to physical and mental health problems. Trampolines have become a popular form of fitness training, widely used in family or group classes. In many countries, trampoline parks are also becoming increasingly popular. Trampolines not only have an entertainment function, but research has also found that they can improve physical fitness. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the benefits of trampoline exercise for physical fitness. Methods: This paper employed a systematic review method by applying the keywords: exercise, fitness, aerobic, balance, muscle strength, physical activity, children, and body composition via with Minimal-Trampoline, using PubMed, Cochrane Library, National Library of Medicine, Embase databases published from 1980 to 2022. Results: There were 16 articles included in this review. Minimal-Trampoline has considerable benefits for improving lower extremity strength and balance, and for improving body composition. Conclusion: (1) Minimal-Trampoline exercise can improve lower extremity strength and dynamic/ static balance in children, adolescents, middle-aged women, stroke patients, and patients with osteoporosis. (2) Mini-trampoline exercise can be applied to health promotion courses for children with intellectual disabilities. (3) Mini-trampoline exercise can promote muscle strength and balance, improve body composition and athletic fitness, and reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
