教育訓練一直是組織相當重視的課題,企業透過訓練的學習才能支撐競爭優勢的能力。提高受訓者的訓練滿意度進而提升訓練成效,是訓練單位所關切之課題。本研究主要在探討訓練者-受訓者的契合度與訓練滿意度之間的相關性,以及分析訓練者-受訓者契合度特質影響訓練滿意度的原因。研究結果發現,訓練者-受訓者的價值觀補充性契合度愈高,訓練滿意度愈高,並且訓練者-受訓者的「教育背景補充性契合度」對訓練滿意度的影響程度大於「教育背景互補性契合度」。
Training plays a crucial role in organizational employment. The enterprise must achieve sustainable competitive advantage by efficiently training its employees. Promoting the training satisfaction and consequently the training efficiency stands as a significant issue for the training unit. This research, making use of SPSS 12.0, analyzes the trainer-trainee fits as the influences on training satisfaction. The results show that supplementary fit has positive relation with training satisfaction. Furthermore, the supplementary fit for educational background has greater influence than complimentary fit on training satisfaction.
