選擇國小課後安親班評估因素之研究-比較家長及教師觀點

A Study on the Assessments of Choosing After-School Care Centers-Comparing the Perspectives between Parents and Teachers

摘要


本研究之研究目的欲藉由安親班的主要消費者「家長」和具有專業教育素養之「教師」立場,探究家長與教師在安親班選擇評估因素之差異。在研究方法上,本研究根據消費行為決策模式,並參考過去相關研究建立安親班選擇評估因素,並選取苗栗縣8所小學針對家長及教師進行問卷調查。主要研究結果發現,在安親班評估因素中,家長對「合法立案」之重視程度明顯低於教師;而對「口碑與推薦」和「地點」之重視程度則明顯高於教師。此研究結果將提供長家選擇課後安親班及安親班業者招生與經營管理之參考。

This study is based on the stances of parents, the main customers in after-school care center, and teachers in education to explore the differentiation in choosing after-school care centers between the two parties. The methodology is according to Consumer Decision Process (CDP) and literature review so as to build up the assessing elements in choosing after-school care centers, along with the questionnaires from the parents and the teachers in the chosen eight elementary schools in Miao-Li County. The results showed among the assessing elements in choosing after-school care centers, the research explores that the parents obviously concern less about ”legal registration” but much about ”reputation” and ”location” than the teachers do. This study expected the result may offer a useful reference to parents in choosing ideal centers and to the owners of after-school care centers in adopting useful recruiting and operating strategies.
