五苓散治療頸項僵連及頭痛之病例報告

此為一位60歲男性項僵病連及頭痛已20年反覆未癒，曾懷疑為風濕免疫相關疾病，檢查無異常。而患者因有攝護腺肥大而有小便不利，困擾已久，西醫建議開刀，而患者欲尋求其他治療方式，反覆就診中西醫治療無明顯成效而前來就診。透過患者病史，診斷為“痘病＂，不同於《金匿要略》所記載以括蔞桂枝湯、葛根湯治療，根據脈配合症狀以治五苓散為主方治療一個月，患者頭痛已漸無發作，小便不利易有改善，藉此病例報告以提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

This is a case of 60-year-old male patient who had long-term neck stiffness with headache recurring for more than twenty years. Under impression of autoimmune disease, but the lab data didn't show any positive. According to his headache pattern, he was diagnosed as tension headache. Besides, he was diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia, which caused him dysuria, and he was suggested operation. Because of searching for second opnion, he had gone to see many doctors. And he had been treated by other doctors but no obvious improvement, so he came to our Chinese Medicine Department for further therapy. Depending on his history, he was diagnosed with convulsive disease. Different from JinKuiYaoLue mentioned, we use Wuling San as main prescrpition instead of Gualou Guizhi soup or Ge Gen soup to resolve the patient's neck stiffness. After he was treated for one month, he had no headache occured now. Furthermore, we also discover that his dysuria was improved, too. We demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
