摘要

本案例是一位54歲女性，肺腺癌末期（T2N3M2 stageIV），103年4月中興院區健檢發現肺癌，服艾瑞莎無效停用。104年2月開始越來越喘，104年3月10日斷層掃描顯示心包膜積心、肋膜輕微積水。104年4月2日和信醫院建議施打化療，因照顧家人及工作因素而拒絕。因嚴重咳嗽、疲倦、微喘，104年4月至本院中醫門診治療，並尋求中西醫安寧療護。

This article is a case report regarding how does traditional chinese medication hospice care team practice in terminal cancer patient. This 54 y/o female patient is a case of lung cancer with muliple bone and thyroid gland metastasis. First diagonsed at 2014/3 and ever post target therapy with no much improvement. Recent days, dyspnea progressed gradually. She decided to accept hospice palliative care ever since and under Chinese medication and western medication OPD routine follow up.
