中藥治療疝氣術後反覆性少腹痛之病例報告

A case report of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat recurrent lesser-abdominal pain after hernia surgery

摘要

一名40歲有尿路結石病史的男性患者，於疝氣手術後仍時常反覆覺右少腹鼠膝部附近悶痛不舒，此次由於右少腹悶痛連及右腰症狀又起， 曾於西醫就診檢查， 無明顯異常， 但治療後症狀仍無明顯緩解，故至中醫門診就診。經治療後患者右少腹偏痛情形大幅改善，疼痛指數( Visual Analogue Scale，VAS) 由6 分(重度) 減為2 分(輕度)， 因此藉由此病例報告提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

A 40-year-old male with a history of urinary caIculis, he is often felt right recurrent dull pain at lesser-abdominal pain after hernia surgery. This time, he suffer right recurrent dull pain .After visiting Western medicine, he had no obvious abnormalities. But the symptom still persisted. He was admitted to Chinese Clinic. After treatment, the symptom was significant improved. The Visual Analogue Scale score reduction from 7 (severe) to 2 (mild). We demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
