摘要
為了考察傳統醫學的哲學基礎及其構成概況，本研究運用顯－隱二元同構哲學方法論以聯繫分析《黃帝內經》，於是發現在其醫學思想之下，潛含著一個從天人相應原理出發、及其方法論所同構的哲學理論結構，這其中包含著：強調天地人三才及其軸心的圖式，以涵攝天地萬象的氣度、聯繫不同時空，統攝著易理、陰陽、五行等的運演，潛含著實在－本源等二元同構的哲學特質，強調著關注不在場者、形氣神關係等重大規律。發現和嘗試揭示這邏輯圖式，以及其思維方式，希望有益於現代醫學更好的運用其中構成規律，使醫療實踐水準的提升依於更加宏偉的哲學策略、把醫學思想系於系統化的理論基礎之上。

In order to investigate the philosophical basis and general situation of traditional medicine, we adopted the philosophical methodology of explicit and implicit dualistic isomorphism, etc., and studied closely with the "Huangdi Neijing", and found that under his medical thought, the philosophical theoretical structure of his methodology, including emphasis on heaven, The schematic diagram of the three talents and their axes of earth, man, and their axes connects different time and space, an orientation that covers all things in the world, and controls the operation of the principles of the Book of Changes, yin and yang, and the five elements; it also includes two aspects such as reality and origin The philosophical feature of meta-isomorphism emphasizes several important laws, such as paying attention to the origin and the relationship between body, breath, and spirit. Discovering and revealing this logical schema and its way of thinking will help modern medicine make better use of its essential constitutive laws, and help build medical practice and medical thought on the basis of grander aesthetic strategies and systematic philosophical theories, to expand the historical and philosophical horizons.
