電影配音融入華語教學之研究-以中高級班為例

A STUDY ON THE INTEGRATION OF MOVIE DUBBING ACTIVITIES INTO CHINESE TEACHING

摘要


電影是學習語言和文化的重要媒材,對中高級以上的外籍生來說,看電影不但可以學習語言,也能學習華人文化。本研究試圖觀察華語電影融入華語教學中是否能提升學習動機與成就。同時,期望透過電影配音的活動,讓學習者透過實作練習達到心流經驗。本研究針對大學電影與華人文化班的25位學習者進行施測,分為實驗組和控制組,控制組為配音1次,實驗組為配音6次,研究期程分為兩學期,各18週。研究結果顯示,一、配音多次的教學活動其學習成效優於只配一次的;二、小組配音活動可以維持學習者高學習動機與心流經驗;三、小組配音活動的心流經驗與學習成效有關係;四、小組配音活動對於聽力和口語方面有強化作用。

Movies are one of the most important tools for learning languages and culture. For high-level non-native students, they not only learn the target language but also the culture through films. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the effect of integration of Chinese-language films into Chinese language teaching on students' learning motivation and achievement. Moreover, we designed an instructional activity for students to dub films to order to help them reach fluency. Film teaching theory and shadowing methods were applied in this study. The subjects were 25 undergraduate students from the Film and Chinese Culture Class. The study lasted for 18 weeks. Several results were found: 1. Students dubbing multiple times during the activity performed better than students dubbing just one time. 2. The integration of movie dubbing activity into the Chinese language teaching can maintain students' learning motivation. 3. A positive correlation was found between students' intrinsic motivation and flow experience. 4. Group dubbing activities showed positive effect on students' listening and speaking skills.
