摘要
前篇（417期）對安全斷能上鎖掛牌的職業安全衛生管理簡述及國內相關法規介紹，讓國人對於全安斷能（電）上鎖／掛牌的重要性有進一步的認識。本篇接續介紹美國職業安全衛生署（Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA）29 CFR1910.147 Control of Hazardous Energy、美國國家標準協會ANSI/ASSE Z244.1 2016準則，關於LOTO上鎖／掛牌的法規及LOTO培訓重點。
