摘要

轉錄因子NAC為植物特有的最大轉錄因子家族之一，這個家族的許多成員在調控植物多樣化的生物過程中擔任不同的角色，包括抗病逆境和非生物逆境反應。轉錄因子NAC在植物的生活史中，也扮演著重要的角色，通過調控功能基因的表達，不僅調節根、莖、葉和花等器官與組織的生長與發育過程，對於植物自然衰老和各種逆境誘導下的衰老過程中，也起著非常關鍵的作用。本文綜述了NAC基因家族蛋白的結構特徵、分類、和植物面對逆境反應中的作用，並揭示了分子生物學作用機制及其訊息傳導通路，挖掘出能有效改良農作物抵抗外源逆境因子的重要功能基因。

Transcription factors regulate the expression of functional genes and the response mechanism of plants to stress, and NAC transcription factor is one of the largest transcription 1 factors. Many members of this group have different roles in regulating plant diversities, including disease fighting, biotic stress and non biotic stress. This article summarizes the role of NAC gene family proteins in the structure, classification, growth, development and stress response.
