五臟相關背俞穴針刺與小針刀安全深度之研究
Study of Acupuncture and Acupotomy's Safety Depth of Five Recite Internal Organs Relative Acupoints
摘要
研究目的：由於臨床常針刺或小針刀於五臟相關背俞穴，用以治療臟器與經絡相關病症，但因針刺手法的疏忽而造成許多意外。因此本文從文獻與實際解剖來探討針刺安全深度與針刺手法角度，希望防止針刺意外事故的發生。材料與方法：選取中醫古今各代針灸代表著作八本，現代探討針刺意外專著四本，摘錄相關整理總結。另隨機選取51具新群屍體，進行局部解剖，探討穴位安全針刺深度與危險深度。結果與討論：針刺或小針刀刺背部五臟相關俞穴、肺俞、心俞、肝俞、脾俞、腎俞等五穴直刺安全深度分別為3.54、2.56、2.25、2.67與3.26公分。除了腎俞穴之外，最安全的針刺角度是向脊柱方向成45度－60度角斜刺。五穴在安全角度時，其安全針刺深度分別是5.00-5.90公分、3.62-4.27公分、3.18-3.75公分、3.76-4.45公分與4.61-5.43公分。

Object: Five recite acupoints which relative to internal organs were used to treat internal organs of the body with collateral channels relative to illness, but carelessness of placing needle or acupotomy technic result in many accidents. By documents and practical anatomy were applied to study acupoints' safety depth and placing needle technic. We hope to prevent acupuncture accident. Material and methods: Select 8 documents about acupuncture that representative different dynasties of China history, modern four documents inquire into acupuncture's accidental monograph, excerpt relative to document and collation. Another at random select 51 fresh corpses, proceed part dissection, to detect acupuncture point's safety puncture depth and dangerous depth. Result and discussion: To straight place needle or acupotomy on backside's five internal organs relative's acupoints, the safest puncture depth is 3.54cm, 2.56cm, 2.25cm, 2.67cm and 3.26cm individually, but the safest puncture view is to spinal direction become 45- 60 degree. On safe direction, the safe acupoint puncture depth of Feishu (BL13), Xinshu (BL15), Ganshu (18), Pishu (BL20) and Shenshu (BL23) is 5.00-5.90 cm, 3.62-4.27cm, 3.18-3.75cm, 3.76-4.45cm and 4.61-5.43cm individually.
