火針治療皮膚病之臨床進展

火針是應用火針療法治病時採用的一種針具名稱。臨床實踐中應用火針治療皮膚病，收到了立竿見影的效果，其特點爲簡、便、廉、驗、副作用小，深受廣大患者歡迎，有實際應用和推廣價值。本文介紹慢性濕疹、銀屑病、帶狀疱疹、病毒疣、皮脂腺囊肿、結節性癢疹等六種火針治療優勢病種，先敘述個別症狀，然後闡述火針治療的手法。火針施術時，首先在使用火針前必須將針燒紅，針紅則效力强，祛除疾病徹底，取效迅速。其次是迅速將針準確地刺入穴位或部位，並敏捷地將針拔出，其中，針刺的深度要根據病人的病情、體質、年齡以及針刺部位肌肉的厚薄、血管的深淺而定。如此正確地操作才可達到最佳的療效。目前，火針的實驗研究不多，但臨床研究指出，加熱的針體直接刺激病灶及反射點，針體周圍病變組織被燒灼炭化，另可使局部血管擴張，加速血流，隨著周圍健康組織細胞的再生以修復局部病變組織，又可經由刺激穴位或經筋皮部與筋膜對神經、內分泌、免疫系統及各個臟器組織的作用，促進對組織的良性調整。

Fire needle is the name of a needle used in the application of fire needle therapy. Its characteristics are simple, convenient, inexpensive, effective, and low side effects. It is welcomed by the majority of patients and has practical application and promotion value. This article introduces six dominant types of fire acupuncture treatment of chronic eczema, psoriasis, herpes zoster, viral warts, sebaceous cysts, and prurigo nodularis. First, the individual symptoms are described, and then the methods of fire acupuncture treatment are explained. When fire acupuncture is used, the needle must be burned red before using fire acupuncture. A red needle has a strong effect, which can eliminate diseases thoroughly and take effect quickly. The second is to quickly and accurately pierce the needle into the acupuncture point or location, and quickly pull the needle out. The depth of acupuncture depends on the patient's condition, physique, age, and the thickness of the muscle at the acupuncture site and the depth of the blood vessel. Only with such correct operation can the best curative effect be achieved. At present, there are not many experimental studies on fire needles, but clinical studies have pointed out that the heated needle directly stimulates the lesions and reflex points, and the diseased tissues around the needle are burnt and charred. In addition, it can expand the local blood vessels and accelerate blood flow. The regeneration of tissue cells can repair local diseased tissues, and promote the benign adjustment of tissues by stimulating the effects of acupuncture points or through the musculoskeletal and fascia on the nerve, endocrine, immune system and various organs and tissues.
