腦血管病變的中醫藥治療

本文論述中風先兆、中風急性期，緩解期與中風後遺症期的中醫藥治療。認為中風急性期應急治標證、實證，實施中醫辨證，再論治藥物。急性期在竅閉神昏之時，使用醒神開竅針刺法，然後選用陽明經穴位，以祛風化痰，疏經通絡，協助中藥湯劑。中風恢復期治療上以扶正通絡，益氣活血為主，取穴手足陽明、手足少陽經，行氣活血通絡為主。中風後遺症期多以滋養肝腎法。中醫治療中風的對策是辨證施治，調整臟腑，以針灸行氣活血，疏通經絡。要讓腦中風在更大空間中得到改善，則必須針藥並用，內外結合，綜合治療。

The strategy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating stroke is to treat based on syndrome differentiation, adjust the internal organs, and use acupuncture to promote qi, activate blood, and dredge meridians. In order for stroke to be improved in a larger space, it is necessary to use both acupuncture and medicine, internal and external combination, and comprehensive treatment.
