摘要


本研究以PET不織布為強化材,以熱可塑性保麗龍為基材,經由疊層熱壓先製成板材的一部份,之後再以打碎的PET不織布和塑膠袋PE熱壓,製成板材的另一部份,最後再利用接著劑將各部分板材接著,製作成一個三明治結構的板材,討論其各部分的厚度比例和夾層中聚乙烯/聚酯的比例,對板材的振動性質的變化。

The study on PET nonwoven uses in strengthen materials and heat press Polystrene/polyester become a part of the main board and we use polythylene/polyester to become the other board. After that we catch these two different boards to become a sandwish structure and to discuss sandwish structure's vibrational properties.
