護理教育是培養未來護理專業人才的關鍵領域,探索有效的教學工具和方法以提高護理教育效果至關重要。隨著人工智慧技術不斷發展,特別是ChatGPT在教育創新領域的應用不斷增加,其透過自然語言處理能力提供互動式學習環境,模擬臨床情景,協助學生在模擬的臨床環境中學習和實踐,並根據學生學習進度和理解水平提供個性化學習計劃。本文透過回顧現有文獻探索ChatGPT在護理教育中的實踐和應用案例、評估其應用的有效性、分析實施過程中遇到的挑戰和限制因素,綜整創新教學策略,並為未來的研究提供建議。我們期望透過全文整理的成果,為護理教育領域提供有價值的觀點,從而提升護理教育質量、促進護理教育創新發展、最終提高護理人才素質與醫療保健服務水準。
Nursing education is essential for cultivating future nursing professionals, making it crucial to explore effective teaching tools and methods to enhance educational quality. With advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly the application of ChatGPT in educational innovation, its natural language processing capabilities create interactive learning environments and simulate clinical scenarios. These features enable students to practice in simulated settings and offer personalized learning plans based on their progress and comprehension levels. This paper reviews existing literature to examine the implementation and application of ChatGPT in nursing education. It evaluates its effectiveness, analyzes challenges encountered during integration, synthesizes innovative teaching strategies, and offers recommendations for future research. We anticipate that the insights from this review will be valuable to nursing education, enhancing its quality, fostering innovation, and ultimately improving the caliber of nursing professionals and healthcare standards.
