本研究旨在針對高中競技職啦啦隊團隊氣氛、創造力與競賽成績表現之間的關係。本研究以北部地區三所高級中學之競技啦啦隊選手共95人為研究對象,並以『團隊氣氛量表』、『威廉斯創造力測驗』與『競賽成績表現調查表』為研究工具施以調查。資料經由描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析法等統計方法。其研究結果如下:一、女選手於社會團隊氣氛與整體運動團隊氣氛顯著高於男選手,在工作團隊氣氛、創造思考活動及創造傾向上不同性別未達顯著差異。二、非體育班的競技啦啦隊選手於運動團隊氣氛、創造思考活動表現上的開放性、獨創力、精密力與整體創造思考活動表現上顯著高於體育班的選手,而在創造思考傾向上則無達到顯著差異。三、社會團隊氣氛對競賽成績表現的預測能力達顯著水準,可解釋10.3%的變異量,即社會團隊氣氛因素越高的競技啦啦隊選手,其競賽成績表現越高。本研究建議競技啦啦隊教練可以在團隊中營造出一種特別的團隊氣氛,讓從事競技啦啦隊運動項目的選手透過正向的社會團隊氣氛提升優異的競賽成績表現。
The purpose of the current study was to investigate the relationships among team climate, creativity, and competition performance of high school cheerleaders. Ninety-five cheerleaders from 3 high schools participated in this study. The Team Climate Inventory, William Creativity Assessment Package, and Cheerleading Competition Performance Assessment were used to collect all the inquired data. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Person correlation and stepwise multiple regression were applied to analyze all the data. The results sshowed: 1. female cheerleaders demonstrated a significantly higher score in team climate of social support and overall team climate subscale than male cheerleaders; however, there were no significant differences in teamwork atmosphere and creativity between genders. 2. Non-school team cheerleaders showed a significantly better scores in teamwork atmosphere, openness, originality, elaboration and overall divergent thinking than school-team cheerleaders; whereas no significant affective factors of creativity differences founded between non-school team and school-team cheerleaders; and 3. The subscale of social support best predicted competition performance and explained 10.3% of the variation in cheerleading competition performance. In other words, high social support in team tends to have better performance in competition. Findings suggest that for cheerleaders to better perform in the competition, coaches may need to create an atmosphere targeting on social support.
