一葉草之成分及抗氧化活性分析

Components Analysis and Antioxidant Activity of Ophioglossum Petiolatum Hook

摘要


本研究以超效能液相層析質譜儀分析一葉草之成分,利用0.5 % acetic acid、acetonitrile 與methanol,以流速0.2 mL/min 沖提40 分鐘,在254 nm 下進行,分析出4 個成分:Luteolin、Quercetin、3-methoxy quercetin 與Ophioglonol。並以總酚含量、還原能力、清除DPPH 自由基以及清除超氧陰離子能力測定一葉草之抗氧化力。實驗結果顯示,總酚含量相當12.37 ± 0.23 μg/mL gallic acid、清除DPPH 自由基能力IC_(50) 為1.58 mg/mL、清除超氧陰離子能力IC_(50) 為1.02 mg/mL,代表一葉草具有抗氧化力。

In this study, ultra performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometer was employed to analyze the components of Ophioglossum petiolatum Hook. The mobile phases, 0.5 % acetic acid、acetonitrile、 methanol, were applied at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min for 40 minutes and 254 nm. Liquid chromatography subseqently evealed four components, namely Luteolin、Quercetin、3-methoxy quercetin、 Ophioglonol. Furthermore, the total phenol content, reducing power, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, and superoxide anion scavenging capacity were obtained to determine the antioxidant activity of O. petiolatum . The results revealed that total phenolic content of O. petiolatum was equivalent to 12.37 ± 0.23 μg/mL gallic acid, IC_(50) value of DPPH scavenging activity was 1.58 mg/mL, and IC_(50) of superoxide anion scavenging capacity was 1.02 mg/mL.
