摘要

大部份的台灣人，都慣用右手，佔98%的比例，而慣用左手的人，在幼兒時期，被強迫更改使用右手，父母親認為正確的使用手為右手，因受到父母的引導而使用右手的人，導致延緩其腦部正常構造？病人常有方向感不良現象。吾人在本篇內，特別注意左右手使用者與腦部各葉之關係，我們發現枕葉較特殊，其他如頂葉及額葉也示於文內表格中，同時文內也以視丘出血為例，共收集1703例。本文之收集包含醫學院之各科系學生及病人，時間自1996至2005年共10年。

High percentage of Rt. handed people (98%) in Chinese, Taiwan. Lt. handed people was usually forced to use Rt. hand since childhood stage (Corrected Rt. Hand). Corrected Rt. hand people has directional disorientation, easy to miss the road. All the cases receivd C.T. scan study, we analysed the brain lobes and hand usage including Rt or Lt side, particuarly the medical students﹐we had paid more attention on the relationship between brain lobes and usage of hands; Rt or Lt, and also the history of users.
