外陰部限界性淋巴管瘤乃一種罕見的良性疾病，主要是深層真皮和皮下組織的淋巴管缺陷疾病，因淋巴液無法正常流入靜脈循環，因此外陰部的皮膚淋巴液會滯留在皮膚中，形成薄壁的小囊泡，內含透明淋巴液，直徑約1－5 mm。外陰部限界性淋巴管瘤有先天與後天的差異。治療方法有手術切除、雷射、硬化治療、電燒等，但非手術的方法復發率高。手術切除應將較深部的淋巴池切除，否則仍會復發。

Lymphangioma circumscriptum (LC) is a defect of lymphatic channels in the deep dermis and subcutaneous layers. The disorder is characterized by localized grouped thin-walled 1 to 5 mm vesicles that are filled with clear lymphatic fluid. LC can be congenital or acquired. The treatment options include surgical excision, abrasive therapy, sclerotherapy, or electrocoagulation. The recurrence rate is very high in LC except for surgical intervention. In surgical excision, the deep-feeding lymphatic cisterns should be removed in order to prevent recurrence.
