目的:本研究之目的為探討參與「南投縣仁愛鄉力行村全人健康照護試辦計畫」之病患對此計畫之滿意度,作為日後改進服務品質之參考。方法:採問卷調查法蒐集資料,使用統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,除次數百分比及排序外,亦執行平均數t檢定、變異數分析等。結果:研究結果顯示病患對此計畫之服務項目確知或知道部分內容者約占八成七,可見此計畫之宣導成效頗佳;此計畫之最大誘因為病患經醫師開立轉診單至執行此計畫之醫院看診,門急診免收掛號費;選擇參與此計畫之最重要原因為「由於醫院派醫療人員到部落服務使我覺得很方便」;對於此計畫所提供之醫療服務之整體滿意度為83.428%。而對於「整體而言,我覺得參加本計畫,使我的健康獲益大於去一般醫療院所就診」、「相較(即相較於過去在其他醫療院所之就診經驗)之下,我參加本計畫後,每個月之看病次數有減少之趨勢(即更少生病)」、「相較之下,我參加本計畫後,每次治療後之復原期間有縮短之趨勢(即更快復原)」之同意度均高於八成。結論:本計畫不但讓病患覺得就醫方便,且自覺更少生病及更快復原,更何況病患對此計畫之整體滿意度超過八成三,此皆顯示此計畫達成其預期之效益。
Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of patients participated in the pilot project of holistic health care in Lising village of Renai Township of Nantou County of Taiwan, andthe results can be used as a reference forfuture improvement on service quality.Methods: We used a questionnaire tocollect data and analyzed these data by statistical package. The statistical, percentages, ordering, t-test and ANOVA.Results: The results were as follows: About 87% of the patients knew all or partsof service items of this project, and it showed that the advocacy was effective. The greatest incentive of this project was that the patients, with a referral sheet, didn't have to pay registration fee when going to the hospital for clinic or emergency. The primary reason for patients to participate in this project was that it was very convenient for them to see a doctor because the hospital would send medical staff here. The over satisfaction with the medical services provided by this project was 83.428%. As for "Overall, my health benefits a lot from this project than going to general hospitals or clinics for treatment.", "Comparing with the past experience of going to general hospitals or clinics for treatment, frequency of getting sick lowered owing to this project.", and "In contrast, after I participate in this project, the recovery period seems shortened.", the satisfactions of these three items were all higher than 80%. Conclusions: AThis project was not only convenient for the patients, but also made the patients feel sick less and recovered faster. And the overall satisfaction of patients involved in this project exceeded 83%. These results showed that this project has reached its expected benefits.
