《山海經》神話的身體思維

A Study on the Body-Thought of the Myths in "Shan-Hai-Jing"

摘要


本文嘗試從身體出發探索《山海經》的神話世界:一方面,透過有意識的採取身體角度仔細分析文本,發現《山海經》神話果然飽含著身體思維,經文中真切的紀錄著初民們如何透過身體感知去創造世界,而自然災害的形成亦是來自各種不同的身體,線索分明,內容豐富而生動;另一方面,考察了經文所載的「渴望融合的身體」以及「標記權力關係的身體」,前者可由人與動物、動物與動物的合體,以及兩性同體的描述,了解初民渴望身體融合,以及重返圓滿的創始世界的思維,後者則從一些殘破扭曲的死後身體,細心觀察,並重現了若干神話時代權力鬥爭的痕跡。

In this paper, I tried to search for the myths of Shan-Hai-Jing based on the Body-Thought. On one side, I paid much attention to analyze the text of Shan-Hai-Jing with Body-Thought, and discovered that the myths in Shan-Hai-Jing were indeed full of Body-Thoughts. There were many records of how the forerunners created their world with Body-perception, and how different kinds of Body caused various natural disasters. On the other side, I investigated the ”Body-combining” and ”Power-marking Body”. The former can be described with the human-animal, animal-animal fusion, and the description about bisexual-body in Shan-Hai-Jing can tell us how forerunners were eager for the fusion of their bodies, and going back to the original world. Further more, the later can reveal the conflicts of power at that time by observing the twisted dead-body in Shan-Hai-Jing.
