This research takes into account of the warehouse management of an adhesive tape manufacturer and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Activity Based Classification (ABC) method were applied to improve the warehouse management. In this research, firstly, AHP is used to analyze the warehouse management problems of case company and bring up ideas for solving the problems. Secondly, the ABC method is applied to rearrange the position of goods on warehouse based on the value of goods. Finally, in order to investigate the effective of proposed recommendation, a questionnaire survey is enforced. The results show that the proposed methods can move up the efficiency of warehouse management and increased the overall operational performance of case company.
