在市場競爭激烈的情況下,批發商要如何選擇最適合的庫存控管方法,能在適時、適量因應顧客的需求與降低庫存成本等,這對於企業具有關鍵性的影響。因T 公司沒有區分商品重要性,主要依據經驗法則來控管各商品,導致各商品庫存數量差異沒有很大,因此本研究為改善T 公司之控管方式,先使用業界廣為運用的ABC 分類法區分商品的重要性,再運用R 語言模擬預測各類商品之未來銷售狀況,依結果分析各採取適合的庫存控管方法,最後導入實務面與T 公司方法做比較,其結果顯示本研究對不同重要性的商品採取不同的控管方法,能夠降低原設定的商品庫存量與庫存成本,且能將時間分配在重要性高的商品上。
In the situation of the intense marketing competition, it is important to choose the most suitable method of the inventory management for wholesalers. Moreover, wholesalers also need to satisfy the requirement of customer and reduce inventory cost at the appropriate time and quantity. Because of T Company does not distinguish the importance between merchandise which controls product base on the rule of thumb and causes it does not has much difference in the number of commodity stocks. Thus, this study devoted to improve the manage behaviors of T company. Firstly, the importance of merchandise is differentiated with ABC analysis which is one of the most widely applied techniques in the industry. Secondly, simulating and forecasting the sales circumstances of each item with R language. Thirdly, suitable inventory control approach is adopted base on analysis and result. Finally, implement and compare with T Company. The result conclude that employ different manage method on different importance of merchandise can decrease the originating stock and inventory cost, then focus on high importance product with time.
