工作投入與工作績效之研究-以彰化縣中小學總務處人員為例

A study on the relationship among job investment and job performance of general affairs division staffs in Changhua County

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討中、小學總務處人員的工作投入與工作績效之間的關係,以彰化縣立中、小學總務處人員為研究對象,採便利取樣共發出700份問卷,回收678份問卷,有效問卷640份,有效回收率91.4%。採用SPSS電腦統計軟體進行描述性分析、皮爾森積差相關、簡單及多元迴歸分析等,得到研究結論如下:在整體工作投入越好時,將影響整體工作績效使其表現更好;工作評價、工作專注、工作認同、工作樂趣等投入情形越好時,將影響整體工作績效使其表現更好。期望本研究結果可提供教育單位參考,建議可透過運動來減輕平時的工作壓力,以增加工作投入與提升工作績效。

The main purpose of this research was to the relationship among job investment and job performance of general affairs division staffs in Changhua County. The questionnaire survey method was used for research, with stratified convenient sampling. A total of 700 questionnaires were distributed by stratified random sampling, 678 questionnaires were collected, with 640 valid returns, 91.4% valid returned rate. SPSS computer statistical software was for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: Those with bettered job investment had bettered job performance, but bettered job evaluation, attention, identity, fun had bettered job performance. It is hoped that this research can provide reference for educational institutions to effectively increase general affairs division staffs's sport coping in Changhua County, also through the sport coping effect lower job stress, increase job investment and performance.
