影響消費者環保集點參與意願因素之探討

Factors Affecting Consumers' Willingness to Participate in Green Point Campaign

摘要


隨著空氣與環境污染問題的日益嚴重,政府提倡「環保集點」成為全民運動,期能減少資源浪費以減緩對環境的衝擊。本研究目的是探討影響消費者參與環保集點意願的相關因素,分別檢驗消費者對空氣汙染與環保的知識、個人的健康行為與政府鼓勵綠色集點的相關訊息等,是否會對民眾環保集點參與方式的選擇產生顯著的差異?選擇參與及不參與環保集點的消費者之差異性,亦是探討的重點。本研究採用Probit迴歸估計模型,蒐集資料的方法主要是以便利抽樣為主,包含紙本與網路問卷,總計371份有效樣本。研究結果顯示,性別、年齡、所得、環保集點政策與綠色消費行為等對於消費者使用環保集點有顯著影響。另外,性別、婚姻狀況、戶外運動習慣、綠色認知、綠色消費行為與環保知識等對於消費者環保集點之參與意願則有顯著的影響。本研究對綠色生活與綠色消費相關的議題加入更完整的研究結果,藉以提供政府有關節能減碳的政策更具體作法與參考之依據。

With the increasing problem of air and environmental pollutions, the government advocates "Green Point" as a national activity. The campaign is aimed to reduce the waste of resources and mitigate its impact on the environment. This study uses a self-filled questionnaire to collect data and estimates the factors that affect consumers' willingness to participate in Green Point campaign. We use Probit regression models and the results show that gender, age, income, Green Point policy and green consumption behavior have significant impacts on the participation in Green Point. In addition, gender, marital status, outdoor sports habits, green cognition, green consumption behavior, and knowledge related to environmental protection have significant impacts on consumers' willingness to participate in Green Point. This study adds more research results to issues related to green living and green consumption and provide references for government policies regarding energy conservation and carbon reduction.
