校園性別平等事件調查報告做為性侵害案件證據之探討

摘要

本文從《性別平等教育法》探討目前各級學校的性別平等事件調查流程、調查人員的培訓內涵。並以某校園性別平等事件中疑似性侵害案件的性別事件調查報告為例，就調查人員在調查詢問過程的逐字稿與其所做成的調查報告進行檢核，探討性別事件調查報告的確實性及其應有之審核機制，並提出多項議題討論及建議。

The purpose of the article is based on the Gender Equity Education Act to explore the gender equality investigation procedure in school and the content of investigator's education. By submitting an example of a doubtful sexual abuse case investigation report, the author checked the interviewing draft and investigation report, and explored the validity and reliability of investigation report. The suggestions and issues for the future are also provided.
