各類減重方式成效之探討

The Effect of various types of weight loss methods

摘要


飲食過量、缺乏身體活動是造成全球肥胖人口增加的主因,人們常藉由不同的減重方法,獲得身體健康並提升生活品質。但坊間減重方式可說是不勝枚舉,因此本篇目的主要探討各類減重方式成效,尋找較為有效的減重方式。本研究發現多數減重方式以飲食控制為主,但不適當的飲食控制容易造成身體營養的缺乏。單一的減重方式很難達到理想的效果且容易復胖,增加減重者身心負擔。雖運動能改變身體組成達到較佳的減重效果,但持續性單一運動或運動強度不足,其效果隨時間的遞減。建議採用飲食控制與運動複合的減重方式較能維持較佳的效果。

The global increased population of obesity results from excessive eating and lacking of physical activity. People always use a variety of weight loss programs to improve health and promote the quality of life. This paper is intended as an investigation of various weigh loss programs. Diet has been dominated used for weight loss, however, inappropriate diet program may result in insufficient nutrition intake. Single weight loss program is hardly to have efficient outcome. Although exercise can change the composition of the body, the continuity and intensity must be retained. Moreover, the majority of weight loss programs may cause physical damage to some extent. To sum up, weight loss is necessary for healthy and better quality of life. Therefore, diet program and regular exercise must be combined in order for the best results.
