研究目的:探討直排輪教室經營策略及了解直排輪經營模式所面臨之困難與問題。研究方法:本研究採個案研究方式,訪談新北市林口區之地方溜冰委員會理事長、當地規模最大之直排輪教室企業,進行半結構式訪談,得到以下結果。結論:業者維持高水準教學品質及善用組織獨特能力及與競爭者之差異進行行銷,學員人數快速成長,以致教練與學員數比例顯失衡,若是長久未改善則可能造成客群流失。並得到結論如下,Hamel經營模式之理論,可運用在直排輪教室的經營上。以直排輪教室而言,其策略性資源為組織競爭優勢之重點,完善的價值網路次之,建立成功的經營模式需個經營構面相輔相成,不能獨漏任意構面,直排輪的普及造成市場競爭壅擠,極限小子直排輪教室為提升組織差異化強化競爭力,與周邊產品業者配合,建立價值網路。
Objective : investigate skates classroom business model. to understand the difficulties and problems straight rows facing the business model of the wheel. Methods: This study collected qualitative research methods, this study will be invited to the new Taipei Linkou District of skating with local district chairman of the Committee, the largest local companies of skates classroom, semi-structured interviews is already understand the current situation, identify problems, verify the theory, and provide relevant reference skates classroom of the corporate sector. After this study was to investigate in-depth interviews and case via theoretical results show that the business model of the Hamel theory, should be able to use in-line skates on classroom management. In-line skates classroom, its resources to focus on strategic organizational competitive advantage, improve the value of the network, followed by the establishment of a successful business model needs a business facets complement each other, not only drain any facet of skates universal cause obstruct crowded market competition, limit kid skates classroom to enhance tissue differentiation strengthen competitiveness, and peripheral products, with the industry to establish the value of the Internet.
