Savickas生涯建構訪談之架構與諮商效果
The Framework and Effects of Savickas’ Career Construction Interview
摘要
為因應二十一世紀工作世界的巨大轉變，生涯學者紛紛提出相關的理論與諮商技術作為因應，「生涯建構訪談」即是其一。「生涯建構訪談」是Savickas參考 Adler的治療理論，並不斷從實務經驗中修正的敘事取向諮商技術。此技術透過結構性的訪談，引導當事人針對角色楷模、喜歡的雜誌／電視節目／網站、最喜歡的書籍／電影、諺語或格言、早期回憶等問題加以回應，除了促進當事人的自我了解與自我澄清之外，也進而精粹出當事人的生涯敘事。之後，經由建構、解構、重構、共構的過程確認當事人的生涯主題，並引導當事人修改其生命圖像，進而採取積極的行動以發展其生涯。本文旨在探討生涯建構訪談的理論背景與實施方法，並透過分析相關研究結果，以暸解其諮商效果。
