安全依附行為系統及依附親職教養對孩子內在運作模式之影響

The Influence of the Secure Attachment Behavior System and Attachment Parenting on the Child's Internal Working Model

摘要

個體出生後，因著與依附對象之依附關係品質，深入影響個體的認知、情感與行為反應模式，並形成人格核心特徵的內在運作模式。故了解安全依附行為系統，以及依附對象的依附親職教養如何影響孩子內在運作模式，將有助實務工作者或家長之親職教養。然而，國內鮮少文獻深入探討個體早期的安全依附關係與親職教養對孩子內在運作模式之影響。因此，本文主要目的是從個體、客體與互動關係等角度來探討嬰兒的依附行為系統，並了解內在運作模式是如何被建構於依附行為系統的脈絡中，最後探討嬰兒與主要照顧者的安全依附關係與其主要照顧者採取的親職教養，將如何對嬰兒之內在運作模式產生正向影響。冀望本文能引發更多實務工作者與家長對依附教養之討論與重視。
