無自殺意圖的自傷行為之心理治療

無自殺意圖的自傷行為是具有危險性的問題行為，且在年輕族群有逐漸攀升的趨勢。為了降低無自殺意圖的自傷行為之發生率，提供這類型個案有效的心理治療方法是當務之急。由於自傷行為的成因較為複雜，對於實務工作者而言，是較為棘手的個案類型。因此，實務工作者若能知悉對自傷行為較有效的心理治療方法與重要的治療原則，將能有更多的參考依據與指引，進而協助個案改善自傷行為。本文說明實證研究為基礎的自傷行為心理治療之現況。本文介紹並評論現今對自傷行為具有較多實證研究基礎的心理治療方法，包括問題解決治療法、辯證行為治療法、情緒調節團體治療與自我傷害行為處遇法。本文亦說明對於自傷行為的主要治療原則，提出對於自傷行為治療的建議與結論，以提供相關實務專業工作者作為參考。
