摘要

我們設計了一個簡易的實驗演示共振駐波現象。我們利用電腦分析金屬棒振動產生聲波的頻譜。手捏金屬棒中間點，敲擊金屬棒，激發波節在中間點的共振駐波模式，包括基頻及三倍頻共振駐波。因此金屬棒產生基音及三倍頻諧音。手捏距端點四分之一棒長處，敲擊金屬棒，激發波節在距端點四分之一棒長處的二倍頻共振駐波。因此金屬棒產生二倍頻諧音。這個實驗可幫助學生瞭解基音與泛音的關係，而且取材容易，操作簡單，數據準確，適合在課堂演示。

We propose a simple experiment to demonstrate the resonant standing wave. We use computer to analyze the frequency spectrum of a vibrating metal rod. The demonstration helps students understand the mechanism of the resonant standing wave and the concepts of fundamental tone and overtones.
