用手機做氣體壓力實驗

Using Smartphone for Air Pressure Experiment

摘要


手機壓力感測器測量的相對氣壓精確達±0.12hPa。本論文設計探究氣體壓力與體積變化的實驗,透過手機的壓力感測器讀取數值。波以耳定律實驗設備有氣壓表與大型可調整氣體體積的圓柱筒,除了體積笨重,壓力讀數不夠精確,也無法讓所有同學觀察的缺點。改為將手機置入密封盒內,密封盒蓋鑽孔插入銅管,接上軟管再連接注射筒。而壓力讀數可由無線網路將壓力數據鏡射並投影給全體同學觀測。爲瞭解氣體壓力與體積成反比關係,數據製作成圖表時。橫軸為體積(改變的變因)縱軸為壓力倒數(觀測數值)呈現容易理解的正比圖形。此外將實驗數據無因次化,修改橫軸為體積/原體積,縱軸為(氣壓/原氣壓)倒數。才能將壓力與體積實驗的關係,不限於此容器,應用到不同大小、壓力的密閉容器。壓力單元不僅限於物理範圍,在化學、地球科學甚至生物都是重要內容,所以適合作為跨科的共同內容,此外藉由簡單的實驗設計,與數據呈現圖表,建立由觀測歸納到推廣演繹的科學能力。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the on-board pressure sensor of smartphone and its application. According to the Boyle's Law, many studies experimental equipment adopted a barometer and a large cylindrical cylinder with adjustable gas volume. And the pressure reading is not accurate enough, and it does not allow all students to observe the shortcomings. Instead, this study, we place the smartphone in the sealed box, and insert a tube into the sealed cover, then connect the hose and syringe. In order to understand the inverse relationship between gas pressure and volume, and draw a line chart to show the relationship. The pressure readings can be mirrored by the wireless network and projected to the entire class for observation. This study demonstrate the smartphone can be used for doing the pressure unit of physics experiment easily, and suitable for interdisciplinary.
