The Development of the Automatic the Removable Compact Roller System for the Coater of Medical Patches

藥布之塗布機自動更換式輾合輥輪裝置系統開發

摘要


藥布為紙卷經塗布機在原紙塗上中藥膠劑原料後,再與布輾合成藥布,國人使用藥每人月平均使用3片,每月需求約6000萬片,藥布的研發已結合高科技技術,提升藥布產品效果;其生產藥布之塗布機設備,輾合輥輪係形成固定之被固定在塗布機設備之一對機架壁上,當該輾合輥輪表面不佳時會影響到該藥布之貼合品質。 針對上述,本研究擬開發多軸式更換機構,系統主要利用LabVIEW圖控程式軟體,透過結合馬達運動卡,完成一套高精度、高穩度,迅速短時間內更換輥輪,提升產品良率,提高產量為目的。

Medical patches are products applying Chinese herbal paste on paper reels and then are bonded with cloth. On average, the use of medical patches per capita is 3 pieces per person per month, and monthly demand is approximately 60 million pieces. The research and development of medical patches is now combined with high technologies to enhance their efficacy, but no automatic removable compact roller systems are in existence, compact roller is installed on the walls of a coater. If this roller has bad surface, the viscosity quality of the product may be influenced. Based on the above, a multi-axis replacement system is under development, this plan intends to develop a highly accurate and stable automatic removable compact roller systems using LabVIEW as the primary graphical controlling software, and in combination with motor-movement adapter. The system is highly precise and stable. The roller can be replaced very quickly. The goal is to improve the yield and output.
