電動汽車電池盒模流分析

摘要


本研究以分析探討(1)BMW hydrogen5和hydrogen7的電池盒之模流分析,利用MIM-316鋁鎂合金可大幅增加散熱效率,有效解決高發熱電池盒之嚴重發電產熱問題,來維持電動車電池盒之壽命(2)以鋁鎂合金作為電動車散熱殼體來輕量化物件本體,以增加密閉式結構之電動車電池盒系統之散熱效率並滿足密封於車體散熱的強烈需求與減重需求(3)使用模流分析軟體MOLDEX3D(9.1)分析充填飽壓結果,此技術在試模前可提供成型的參數修正,避免開模後修模的機會,導入翹曲變形的結果,提供結合公差與配合上的優點來分析鋁鎂合金電池盒殼體可使鋁鎂合金成型製程順利。

Moldex 3D software is used for engineering analysis of plastic injection molding. Using this software, we can simulate forming process of filling, packing and cooling. The temperature, pressure, volume shrink and warpage can be found by mean of simulation from Moldex 3D software.In our research, electric vehicle battery box of BMW will be investigated. In this study, we uses MIM_Catamold316LA material to improve the heat transfer and rigidity. The temperature, pressure, volume shrink and warpage can be discussed for this research. Moreover, the bridge effect in cavity of battery box will be discussed.
