摘要

本研究係以PLC控制實習工廠的系統，透過PLC與伺服器的結合，根據已建置的資料庫系統，控制實習工廠之電力系統，並包含偵測設備使用狀態之功能。透過動態網頁當作網際網路互動式之平台，可達到人機互動的遠端監控功能，在近端透過程式定期讀取並更新PLC連結之相關設備資料，達到遠端監控之目的。本系統可掌控工廠內各設備之即時狀況，以增加管理的方便與效益。

With high stability and availability, programmable logic controller (PLC) has been broadly adapted in factory-automation and industrial-control applications. The ability of programmable enables better flexibility to improve the efficiency. This paper describes a PLC-based remote-control system used in an internship factory for automation and control. After integrating PLCs to facilities in internship factory, this system can remotely control and monitor the facilities such as power system. This system includes a database to store information of PLC-connected facilities and a server as the bridge between PLCs and database. To provide cross-platform control interface, this system also includes a web-based control.
