The aim of the work to show the morphomtery of the testes of the Sudanese Chicken (Gallus domesticus) and Duck (Anas platyrhynchos) .The testis was active during cold weather with the mean diameter of the seminiferous tubules being 164 and 146 :m in the chicken and duck respectively. It was less active during the hot season with the mean diameter of the seminiferous tubules being 135 and 134 μm in the chicken and duck respectively. The non-breeding season seemed to be characterized by a decline in the spermatogenic activity only and not by complete aspermatogenesis. The mean volume of left testis in the adult chicken and duck was 11.38 and 9.12 cm^3, respectively. They exceeded that of the right testes by 6.16 and 8%, respectively; The relative volumes of the components remained essentially the same in both testes. The seminiferous tubules formed 90% of the volume of the testis in both chicken and duck.
